I don’t know where to start when it comes to this mechanic shop here. I brought my car in for transmission repair on the 8th of July and I didn’t get my car back until aug 6. But they told my insurance company after they paid over 5k for the transmission that it will be ready on the 24th of July. Every time I called they gave me the run around to the point I lost 2 jobs because my car was still in the shop. After getting my car out the shop and expecting it I found that my cologne was stolen from the middle console when I called to report it I was told that they’re not responsible for my vehicle even though they had my car the whole time working on it. I recommend NO ONE comes here because they’re very unprofessional when it comes to running a business 🤦🏾‍♂️

I’m writing this for the people who actually take the time to read reviews. I grew up in the area and used Ronnie’s Transmission several times over the past 20 years—he was the go-to guy back then. I’ve heard the business has since changed ownership, but I still decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. I was quoted $3,800 for a transmission repair. After getting a second opinion from Maddawg Transmission, I received a quote that was $1,100 less. Do yourself a favor shop around before committing. It could save you a significant amount of time and money.

Me and my son was driving and my truck in then it stop and my son said check that pot out over there and I walked out and they said it was my fuel pump and he cam back with some spray and we was back… they do good

My car is back on a warranty job that wasn’t done right the first time. Now it’s been almost 5months of nothing but excuses! A year and a half total I’ve been without my car. I’ve worked on cars all my life so no game can be ran on me. I’m bout to get lawyers involved soon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Thieves! I was told he knew how to do a job and my car has been sitting for 8 weeks. He kept telling me I need more work then what I asked to get done. Keep asking for money.
